2026 Fall Practice Schedule
Practice will begin on September 8, 2026 and will follow the schedule below
*EVALUATIONS for NEW SWIMMERS will take place at the beginning of their age group practice (see below for times) on September 8th.
Evaluations are REQUIRED for all swimmers new to the team
All practices will be at the Middletown High School Pool
Tuesdays and Thursdays as follows:
4:30 - 5:30pm - Middle & High School ages
5:30 - 6:30pm - Primary & Elementary ages
