2026 Summer Practice Schedule
Practice will begin on May 26, 2026 and will follow the schedule below
*EVALUATIONS for NEW SWIMMERS will take place at the beginning of their age group practice (see below for times) on May 26 or May 28.
Evaluations are REQUIRED for all swimmers new to the team
May 26 - June 16 (at Middletown High School Pool)
Tuesdays and Thursdays as follows:
3:30 - 4:30pm - Ages 13-18
4:30 - 5:30pm - Ages 9-12
5:30 - 6:00pm - Ages 8 and under
June 17 - July 17 (at Braddock Pool)
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday as follows (SEE BELOW for Tuesdays):
8:00 - 8:30am OR 8:30 - 9:00am - Ages 8 and under (will be split into two groups)
*on Fun Fridays, all 8U swimmers are encouraged to attend the full hour for donuts and Swimmer of the Week*
8:00 - 9:00am - Ages 9-12
9:00 - 10:00am - Ages 13-18
June 23 - July 14 (at Middletown High School Pool)
Tuesdays ONLY
7:30 - 8:00am - ALL 8 and under
8:00 - 9:00am - Ages 9-12
9:00 - 10:00am - Ages 13-18
June 22 - July 15 - Evening Practices (at Middletown High School Pool)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
7:00 - 8:00pm - All ages
*Must RSVP on website calendar if attending*
July 20, 22, 23, 24 - ONLY swimmer's eligible for All-Stars Meet (at Braddock Pool)
9:00 - 10:00am - All ages
